New ground engineering project in Equatorial Guinea: geotechnical investigation and topographic survey for an industrial complex in Malabo

The project, located in Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, required intensive geotechnical and cartographic fieldwork from its earliest stages. The aim was to verify the technical feasibility of the site and optimise the civil works design for the industrial complex. This ground engineering works carried out encompassed both the analysis of the subsurface mechanical properties and a detailed topographic survey of the intervention area.

Technical adaptation to African market conditions

Operating in African markets means confronting logistical, climatic, and geotechnical conditions that demand tailored solutions. In this project, the technical response combined advanced engineering expertise from the Geointec’s headquarters with close collaboration with specialised local partners. An approach that ensured technical quality, operational safety, and adherence to planned timelines.
