Geotechnical and load tests for PMGD in Chile.
More than 20 geotechnical studies were carried out in different cities of the Chilean territory.
Geointec, through its Chilean subsidiary Geointec SpA, executed more than 20 geotechnical studies in projects of photovoltaic plants for small distributed generation media (PMGD).
The different geotechnical studies that were carried out in several cities of the different regions that make up the Chilean territory, were carried out by our partners in Chile, and were combined with driving tests and load tests, in order to achieve optimal parameters for the design of the foundations of solar plants.
The combination of different resources and techniques, among others, allow Geointec to characterize the terrain geotechnically and propose to the client an optimal solution for the projected structures.
And thanks to the proliferation of renewable energy projects, we can not only contribute our knowledge, the means and technology available to achieve a satisfactory result for our customers, but also, put a grain of sand in the development process of sustainable energy around the world.
